I have carried out various farm jobs in Australia, including grape harvest, cotton and grain harvest, but my work at RFF was without doubt my favorite. The hours of work were good, and time went quickly, I never looked at the clock counting the minutes till the end of the day. The job was challenging, and it help improve enormously my ability to handle stressful situations. The best part of the job was having the possibility to eat the best melons in the world!

We joined Rombola for the busy melon season in 2017/2018. The thing we loved most about working with Rombola was the amazing team; you meet people from all walks of life, and we made some great friends along the way. Every day was a little bit different- our jobs changed all the time, so we were kept nice and busy for four months that we were there. Thank you everyone at Rombola!

Rombola offers me career opportunities, I joined the Rombola Family Farm team as a casual employee, while I was studying Agriculture, after finished my diploma I joined the management team…

I started as a casual packer at Rombola Family Farms in 2021 while I was studying. I extended my contract to work in Mataranka. Now I am a permanent employee working in the Logistic department. I like working at Rombola because there is a lot of opportunities for career progression. We work as a team to ensure our produce is delivered on time to meet customer’s requirements. Our team is friendly and helpful as we all chip in to help each other.
